Third Quarter Reflection
During the Third Quarter, I gained a deeper understanding of health-related concepts and how they apply to real-life situations. I learned the importance of making informed decisions about physical, mental, and social health, as well as how lifestyle choices can greatly affect overall well-being. Creating and connecting educational health content helped me discover how health information should be accurate, clear, and relatable so it can truly help others. This quarter also improved my critical thinking and communication skills, especially in explaining health topics in a simple yet meaningful way.
Throughout the quarter, I encountered several challenges, particularly in managing time and understanding complex health topics. Some lessons required careful research and deeper analysis, which became difficult when deadlines from different subjects overlapped. I also struggled at times with organizing my ideas and presenting health information in a way that was both informative and engaging. These challenges tested my patience and consistency in completing my tasks.
In order to overcome such challenges, I have learned time management skills through making and following a schedule and prioritizing tasks. The work of analyzing lessons has also been approached in a way that eliminates challenges, and this has involved learning and using accurate sources and seeking clarification whenever there is a need based on certain subjects not being clear enough. Completing tasks in smaller steps has also aided in minimizing stress levels and keeping me focused during those tasks.
Moving on, I will continue applying what I have learned. I will also work on advancing my learning habits. I will work on having greater confidence in overcoming challenges, particularly when it comes to dealing with difficult subjects. I will also continue learning more about health. I will apply the knowledge I gain in life by ensuring that I make informed decisions not only for myself but also for others.
