b. What are the problems/challenges that I have encountered?
Some of the challenges that I experienced were struggling to manage my time and complete everything. At times, I would get worn out and anxious, particularly when there were numerous tasks to accomplish. I also struggled with some topics that were challenging for me.
c. How did I solve these challenges?
I attempted to resolve these issues by creating a timetable and completing my work one at a time. I also sought assistance from my peers and instructors when I could not comprehend something. Through this, I was able to adapt and enhance.
d. Furthermore, I will.
Moving forward, I shall attempt to study in advance and not cram. I shall also make an effort to be more participative in class and keep up the effort. I wish to do better during the subsequent quarters.

During the lest nutrition month, I was able to participate in activities and celebrations. Being a member of the STEP Club which was also tasked to handle the activity. I played an important role in making sure things ware smooth. I joined the competitions, activities and programs by facilitating not just to be the club representative, but also to show my support in promoting everyone to have a healthy lifestyle. It was a meaningful and fun experience, especially seeing how everyone participated and learned something new.
Aside from events at school, I also put an effort in improving my own health. I've been working out and exercising regularly, Exercising to build strength and maintain the shape of the body. There were times when it was difficult to continue, but being with the Nutrition month, I was reminded of how much I need to care for my self. Exercise at the end of each day left me more positive, and it has now become something I really love.More important, I've began focusing more on the food that I consume. Recently, I've been eating healthier by adding more fruits, vegetables, and meals to my diet. I learned that proper nutrition is very much responsible for both physical and mental well-being. In all, this year's nutrition month was not just about attending events. It was also an opportunity for me to look at my own habits and begin living a healthier lifestyle
I'm someone who lives in an energetic life. I love working out, wether it's through sorts or training. Being athletic helps me stay focused and confident in everything I do. Standing at 5'6, I may not be the tallest, but I really am not. Sports and exercise ain't just hobbies for me because they're part of my everyday routine.
Music is another huge part of my self. I'm passionate about listening to different music, exploring new sounds and most of all, playing guitar. There's something about music that helps me express what I can't say in words. Playing guitar is a simple way of connecting with anything deeper. I can spend hours getting lost in the melody of the song, especially when I'm learning something new. Music brings me peace focus and joy which feels like a second language to me.
I also enjoy things that can sharpen my mind, like playing chess. It's a game of strategy, patience and skills that I apply to life from the board. I love how every move in chess matters and how it challenges me to think far from ahead which is predicting. It teaches me to stay calm under pressure and to see every situation from different angles. I'm also into video games which is my way to also connect with other people.
The celebration of the High School Day and Anniversary of Ilocos Sur National High School was one of the most exciting and memorable events...
